“Stayed here several times, quiet location, great services, good amendities.”

“Its a new, very neat and spacious apartment w very good facilities. The only downside is that soundproofing is not good and the traffic from the busy road outside was noisy and made it difficult to sleep. We had to request to change to a room facing the other side luckily that was arranged for us immediately. ”

“The next room of ours was extremely noisy one night, they were drunk and they spank the door and shouted loudly at the corridor. The hotel should have phones inside each room for guests to communicate with them at anytime. Otherwise everything is just perfect and is good value of money.”

“Excellent accommodation with very large room. Extremely clean and one of the best beds I have slept in at a hotel stay. Like new bathroom facilities, soap shampoo, and conditioner. The only negative, entrance is on a busy road and if you miss it, little time consuming to get back to. Just need to make sure you slow down to get it right.”

“Kali the manager, is very considerate of guests and has been extremely helpful when I needed to make an unexpected change regarding our stay. All the staff from front of house to service and cleaning and restaurant have been exceptional. The food at the Jacaranda restaurant at dinner is top quality and breakfast is amazing with a good mixture of hot food, cereal and fruit with something for all dietary requirements. A great way to start the day. All the staff seem to know how to make a great……

“飯店地點絕佳 近車站交通便利 有火車、捷運、公車 近百貨商場 生活機能一應俱全 全體服務人員都非常有禮溫和 房間有任何問題及需要 都能立刻得到回應 這次住了29天 非常滿意 下次來訪仍會選擇 記得每天下樓領一杯咖啡 非常好喝‼️”

“酒店地點非常方便，可以用DiDi/ Uber,半小時內到達，車費大約40澳元，地鐵只需要大約40分鐘可以從機場到達。職員非常友善及積極解決住宿上問題。房間非常大及有煮食工具，附近亦有早餐店及泊車地點。出市區中心大約半小時地鐵或巴士，可以不用揸車。 房間非常清潔，只有一些小瑕疵：例如清潔房間員工就是比較馬虎，換錯毛巾，冇吸塵，遺留房咭等小問題。 ”

“Everything is quite ok. Only free wifi provided is having very narrow bandwidth (relatively slow). Also, the mattress and pillows are too soft. Other than the above, very good service as they allow us to have early check in at 12pm without additional charges.”
