“Great weekend stay! We noticed the fire pit was burnt out but it also looked like they were replacing them this weekend. The bed was mostly comfy and the hot tub was great! The drive in was a little confusing with the junk yard and a few more blankets and pillows could be nice but either way we had a great weekend. ”

“It is beautiful and serene, the dogs loved the huge space to run and the trails to explore from the house. We loved the quiet. It is a beautiful house inside as well, the large deck out back got lots of use. You might want to consider not taking a car up the driveway as it is definitely rough, but it's in the mountains so that is expected. We would absolutely stay again!!”

“Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Black Bear Cabin. It had a relaxing ambience and set up for comfort from the beds and furniture, the well equipped kitchen, ample towels and blankets, to the wrap around porch and the hot tub. It was meticulously clean! Even the wildlife seem to know this is a tranquil place-we viewed a baby deer about the grounds wait around for momma doe, which came to collect him towards dusk. Thanks, Mechele, for sharing your home with us!”
