“Girls trip...3 elder sisters plus second generation niece and her 2 daughters. We all agreed everything was perfect at this location. From bedroom choices to outside porches to full kitchen amenities everything we needed was at our fingertips. Location couldn't have been better. View of the St Lawrence, glimpses of ships traveling in the distance, perfect weather and wonderful flat hiking right in the neighborhood. The area was charming and steeped in early history of the thousand Islands……

“8 adults stayed here we had plenty of space and really enjoyed the house. The town of Alexandria was very cute, most things were closing for the season but we did still get to experience the boat tour, do some shopping and eat at a few local places. We also traveled to the next town over for the pumpkin chunkin festival which was a lot of fun. Thanks to Bob for recommending this! ”

“My family traveled to Alexandria Bay for a wedding on one of the islands and we loved our base at this house. It was in an amazing location, walkable to the main street where the shops, restaurant, bars and churches were located. The hostess was very professional and attentive. We had very good interaction.The house is lovely, we enjoyed having coffee on the front port in the morning. I would stay there again when another chance comes up to visit the area.”

“This property was awesome! Stayed with some co-workers for a fishing charter trip. House was clean and fit 5 people comfortably. Met the people at the rental house next door and made new friends. We are hoping to have the entire office stay at the Ledges for next year's fishing trip.”

“We had a big group of 14 people and booked this property on Howe Island. The location was great. It was quite, remote and peaceful, just what we were looking for. The hosts, Courtney and Chris along with their kids were very hospitable and did a great job of hosting us.
