“I recently stayed at Sam’s Lake House, AMAZING with breathtaking views of the lake. The large windows allowed me to fully enjoy the serene winter scenery, as snow fell. Sam was incredibly responsive and went out of her way to ensure my stay went smoothly, even arranging the cleaning crew to expedite their work.Thoughtful touches throughout the house, like the wide variety of games available—even 420 games, though it's important to note that smoking isn't allowed on the property. “We came for a college swim meet. 4 adults stayed at this place and had plenty of room (could have slept 2 more). The house seemed like it was newly renovated and was very clean. Vicki was an awesome host and was very quick to respond to our questions. This house was definitely one of the nicer homes in the neighborhood and was located just a mile or two from downtown. Would recommend for anyone who needs to stay in Elkhart. ”

“Great place with plenty of room to host dinners for the family we were visiting. The down stairs area was great to keep all the kids entertained. Only suggestion we would make is to install a hand rail on the stairs inside the house. It would help some of the elderly family members we had visiting. Other than that it was a great place with plenty of room. The open concept of the kitchen, dinning room, and living room was great for entertaining. The 3rd bathroom off the kitchen was also nice……

“The property is beautiful. There is an expansive yard right on the water with a small beach. It is cozy place with two bedrooms on separate floors. Each bedroom has a bath (one full; one powder room). The kitchen is well-appointed. The furnishings are modern and new. ”
