“Lovely old pub with an accommodation block at the rear. Further investment would return this place to it's obvious former glory, but for the price we paid we were pleasantly surprised with the quality we received and would absolutely stay again. Interesting plumbing, seemingly hot water from both taps (?!?) only added to the fun. Lovely service, brilliant Indian food, great location. The village is well worth a stroll around. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.”

“Room was clean and King Size bed was comfortable. Water pressure in sink was slow until I worked out how to increase it. Full English breakfast was huge and one of the best I have had in any B & B or hotel. Located in a quiet rural village and convenient for Rutland Water.”

“M Harborough is a lovely town with good pubs, and good food. Very safe. The Three Swans is central v friendly staff. Great place to come for a weekend away. ”

“Hotels.com didn’t make me aware that the hotel was closed, the owners of the hotel were not expecting guests, as they were refurbishing the hotel, fortunately the hotel owners were great and arranged a room for me to stay. The hotel is in a good location to explore Rutland Water, I would be happy to stay again but wouldn’t book through Hotels.com”
