“Loved the staff upon checkin, prosecco was delightful, breakfast choices good, bed cozy, shower delightful, well appointed room, lots and lots of stairs if you are on top floor- not a problem for me but could be for someone who does Not read all about the hotel property. ”

“Thank you for a great stay! The Abigail Inn is essentially a bed-and-breakfast. It is in a wonderful location for those who are visiting Lexington, Virginia, Washington and Lee University, or Virginia Military Institute. The included breakfast was honestly one of the best breakfasts of my life! ”

“We just pulled back in our driveway after an amazing 2 days at this little slice of just absolute bliss. Cabins were new, the bed was comfy and nothing beats walking barefoot through the stream or sitting around the fire pit. Gorgeous views when the sun burns through the fog in the mornings too. We're definitely coming back! We were there with two other couples and you wouldn't even have known. The pollinator garden was a nice touch too. hank you! ”

The sound of the creek, the comfy setup, and all the little thoughtful touches made it feel really special. It was clean, charming, and felt like a little hidden gem in nature.”

“This was an amazing little gem!!! The layout was nice - though it's not technically 3 bedrooms - there are 2 bedrooms with a door, and the couch arranges into a full sized bed. It is wonderfully secluded with forest views all around! Deer watching was a favorite activity, as was the amazing hot tub! Nicest and most roomy hot tub of all of our VRBO stays!!! The cover was super easy to remove and replace! The cabin is only minutes from Natural Bridge and Nat Bridge Zoo. You have to get the chicken……

“Wonderful place to stay. We stayed 5 nights and wish we could retire here, it was that good!!! Susan is a wonderful host to work with, quick and thorough responses to every question. Quiet setting in the woods with no close neighbors. Upstairs offers a very private suite of your own if desired. We would definitely stay again.”
