“This gem is close to the Appalachian highway but nestled amongst trees shading the back deck. I woke to horses in the adjacent field whinnying. Beautiful kitchen. Nice open floor plan that opens to dining and living. Lovely rooms upstairs. The bed I slept in was quite comfy. The complex has a heated pool, a volleyball court, a fire pit, a basketball court, a tennis court, a horseshoe pit and a catch and release pond with gazebo. Close to Timberline and Canaan and only about 10 minutes from……

“This area is amazing! We missed the spring blooms by a week, maybe. But it was still so pretty. The property was exactly as described. Communication was slow, but I did get responses. The property was clean, but here were dead bugs, and I mean A LOT of dead bugs, on every window seal and on the floor under the windows. Lots of cobwebs too, but it didn't affect the stay. The beds were pretty comfy, there were plenty of towels. The firepit had one load of fire wood and that was it. I'd stay here……

“We stayed for my daughter 16th birthday she had a blast. We enjoyed the house it was beautiful and everything was clean. The hot tub was perfect and clean. We really enjoyed our trip.”

“The layout and décor in s little dated. If you are going to only have one bathroom on the second floor it should be accessible to both bedrooms. We observed some structural problems , but that's what we do. The location is great and the price was good. Only one roll of tp in each bathroom, but we were warned.”
