“The hotel was generally good, but some signs of aging were noticeable, such as the water slide being out of operation. The staff were very attentive and responded sincerely to our questions. Since the hotel offers a variety of services, I felt it would be helpful to research or inquire in advance to make the most of your stay. In other words, without prior preparation, you might miss out on some of the services provided, which could be a bit of a waste. If that happens, checking with the staff……

“我们入住的时候赶上酒店内部系统有问题，不能给房卡，说实在的塞班当地人办事效率真是够呛，我们下午三点入住的，中间问了几次都是没有修好，直到第二天晚上回来才把房卡给我们，中间我们出入酒店上电梯开房间门都需要酒店工作人员刷卡，很不方便。还有就是卧室没有遮光窗帘，而且外面居然有鸡打鸣，早上醒的比较早，我们入住的时候房间连个漱口杯也没有，跟前台打电话，在房间找了半天未果给送了俩马克杯。除此之外其他还不错，厨房还是挺不错可以自己动手做早餐”

“It was a great experience, only wished that they had a small refrigerator in the room but overall, I loved it and I will be making reservations again. Side note; I just want to apologize to the staff as I thought that something was taken from my room which did not happen. Your staff are trustworthy people and again, my apologies for my mistake.”
