“We had a wonderful time at this property. Ski Brule was a short 20 minute drive. The listing was extremely accurate. The kitchen had everything you needed to make various different meals. Plenty of room for 2 families with kids. Even tried a couple of tip ups and some ice skating. Would definitely stay again!”

“We had a mini-family reunion with my four siblings and all stayed in this house. This house is huge and has so many beds, stocked with board games, really nice fire pit and dock, great kitchen with all the essentials, and we were able to rent the pontoon boat as well--it was great for us!”

“Our group of 6 people -3 couples, go to Upper peninsula or North Wisconsin every year. We never stayed in the same house for different reasons. This place we will consider for our next year vacation. The house is super clean and comfortable. The view from living room is breathtaking. The kitchen is very well organized with all necessary pots, pans and utensils. Fishing was fun. The single negative thing is that only one bedroom has queen size bed. All other 3 bedrooms have full size beds which……

“Butternut Lake is a little slice of heaven. The house was clean, equipped, and plenty of space for our family. All my questions were quickly answered before or during the stay. We enjoyed fishing, canoeing and swimming daily. Great hiking and biking were also close by. We appreciated the fish cleaning station so we could enjoy our catch for dinner. Great quiet get away to unplug and enjoy the Northwoods.”

“We stayed here for a couple nights and it was a short drive from Ski Brule. It was extremely cold outside, but the little cabin was cozy and warm with its updated heating system. Spacious bedrooms with very comfortable beds and linens. Super quiet - we all agreed it was the best sleep we've had in a long time.I really wanted to try the rustic sauna by the lake, but was too exhausted and cold from skiiing to give it a try. Definitely will hit that next time we stay here. We're interested to see……

“We wanted to rent a cabin close to Ski Brule and found this gem. We were less than 10 minutes away which is nice for all the items we forgot with 3 children. It was during the artic blast and the house was very warm:) ”

“Cute and cozy little stay. Perfect for 2! ”

“We had a great time staying here. The driveways make it tough with big trailers due to one being narrow and the other being steep. If there was an area cleared at the top by the road to keep the trucks and trailers without having to back in the driveway it would likely work better for snowmobilers. We were able to back one truck and trailer just off the road and park the other one sideways in front of it at the top of the driveway almost off the road all the way. The house itself was great……
