“Property near train track and river, but home is well insulated and blocked most all sound. Neighborhood quiet and respectful. Quick walk to mainstreet, Katy trail, casino area. Exterior is not a reflection of interior. Exterior could use a power wash. Interior is simple, yet welcoming. Communication with property owner/manager was timely and clear.”

“We had a great stay at the lake at sunrise retreat. The house was great and had everything that you need for a lake stay. There was plenty of parking, we had 3 trucks with trailers. We will be back”

“We sold this house to Terri and Jim a few years ago. We built it in 2007 and have so many wonderful memories with our family there. It’s great that we can come back and enjoy this place like we always did before. Terri and Jim were wonderful hosts and all of their updates were amazing additions to this already very wonderful home. ”

“The Location is exactly as listed, more than enough room for 6 adults. We had a great long weekend, nice fishing right off the dock, house had plenty of space for us, everything you need is included with the house. Very nice grill on the upper deck and kitchen is equipped for anything you would want to cook. Quiet area at night, great spot for sunsets and looking at the stars at night. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend this spot, it was everything we expected and……

“Me and the wife enjoyed the property very much..the dock with seadoo lifts was a huge ben3fit for us which allowed us to bring our own seadoo and rest easy knowing it wasnt getting beat around. Love it.. we will stay again soon!”
