“This seemed to be in an up and coming part of Puerto de Tierra. There were a few amazing dining options and bars in a one block radius. It's also a nice 15 minute walk (by capitol and avenue of presidents) to old San Juan. Also about 15 minutes to beaches to the east. The communication was amazing. I never waited more than a few minutes for a response but they always proactively reached out first. The apartment itself is quite basic but there's plenty of room and with the free parking it was……

“This place was a home away from home. There were some glitches but it was quickly resolved. Did not notice how close it was to night life until the last few days. It’s okay because I was with family. There was great space for my family. ”

“The stay was ok although I made a reservation for one room and they switched me to another. Same happened with another family member. Also it would have been nice to have some complimentary bottled water. The sink was also way too small. So it was a room good enough to sleep in but not necessary one comfortable enough to relax in. ”

“We had a very lovely stay & a pleasant experience. Stay was equipped with all one needs. Being able to sit outside in a small private area was also a plus. Host has made the surroundings very lovely. Lots of plants. Host is reliable & responsive. Neighborhood is quiet & safe. Highly recommend. :)”
