“O hotel é muito bom. Novo, limpíssimo e organizado, o apartamento tem uma cozinha pequena mas totalmente funcional. Anexo ao hotel há o restaurante D'Gang e em frente há uma loja de conveniência. É super bem localizado, muito próximo ao Mercado Urbano e estação de metrô Tobalaba. Infelizmente há um grande problema: o chuveiro. A temperatura oscila demais e muito rapidamente. No último dia cheguei a me queimar numa dessas variações brutais da temperatura da água, Isso ofuscou totalmente o brilho……

“It is located at a safe area of the city. The room is of very decent size. Wide selection of food in breakfast. Offers customers two free bottles of water a day. However, nobody opened the door for us after we got out of taxi or offered to help with our luggage until we reached the check-in counter. The hotel and the facilities are also a bit aged. It is a pretty good hotel, but it doesn’t quite match the typical Ritz Carlton standard.”
