“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. “Don't bother using the advance check-in because it didn't work for two parties ahead of me and the resulting confusion and time the clerk spent trying to look them up caused a log jam at the front desk.
