“The staff here were GREAT! I wish I got the name of the lady that checked us in - she was phenomenal, both in the check-in process, serving us at dinner, and helping us with a special request. The room was great - zero complaints. Shower pressure was excellent and bed was comfy. We had a great sleep. We stayed here to be close to Durdle Door and got exactly what we came for. Zero regrets (other than forgetting to register for the parking permit ahead of actually entering the public parking……

“Lovely old style pub with beams with a stream set in a valley leading to the beach just relaxing peaceful beautiful setting lovely for a couple to stay which we were rooms was lovely very cosy and homely feel super clean lovely bed just such a nice experience with a included breakfast traditional and continental which was locally produced ingredients xx”

“We had an amazing stay at the Crown! It is a beautiful old pub and hotel. We were travelling down south for a birthday celebration and really enjoyed our dinner at their restaurant which served superb food. The staff was lovely, especially our waitress Jessica. Our room for four adults was lovely, lots of space and very comfortable. They had a good car park which was very convienent. For such an old inn, it was very clearly looked after, would definitely recommend to other travellers and would……

“A lovely one night stay. The pub is in a quiet village location, close to lots of interesting places in beautiful Dorset countryside. Our room was large, with an equally large bathroom. We ate in the pub in the evening. The menu choice was good, prices reasonable and the food was excellent. We had our breakfast served outside in the garden and, again, this was tasty, hot and really enjoyable. Thoroughly recommended.”

“We enjoyed our stay at The Spice Ship. It was in a really good location for us and it had parking. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was great and the Sunday roast was the best meal we had had on our 3 week holiday in England! Would stay there again if we are ever back in Weymouth.”
