“Check-in was speedy once I found the entrance. Was late night but it wasn’t very well lit or signed from outside. Room was in good condition, but couldn’t work out the air conditioning to get it to a pleasant temperature. It just went from very cool to very hot. Pillows are very comfortable, but I found the mattress too firm so struggled to sleep.”

“Location was convenient. The toilet seats were not so clean. The front desk lady with short hair and glasses was not very helpful. For the two mornings that I went to the office for assistance, she was on phone. One time I was there waiting for 3 mins and she simply carried on her conversation with the person on phone about her other friend. I thought she could have been more responsive and helpful. ”

“Check in service was very poor. There is no staff on counter. I called the apartment few days ago to tell them my exact check in time. I had to wait for 45 minutes outside the building before tenants of other rooms offered help to call owner of the apartment. They could have told me to self pick up keys by letting me know the password with an email before hand. Very poor!”
