“As soon as i entered the lobby to check in, the lady at the desk was eager to assist me and did it with a huge smile. She answered ALL questions that you could possibly have and made the check in a smooth one. Also, the man in the evening was very nice assisting me when i left for work and needed help calling into my room to speak to my children. ”

There was not even a chair to sit on in the room. The noise from the air conditioner was too loud and seriously affected the quality of sleep. In short, it was a failed experience.”

Unclear road sign as well as bad google map direction, it's better to drive in by Northgate crossing Blvd., instead of Hardy Fwy. because the entrance will be closed if road tree trimming, but there are no notice sign ahead.”
