“We booked a one night stay here last minute before flying home the next day, and it truly exceeded expectations. The room was so large and spacious, and in a good location next to a beautiful park which was great for our one year old. The pool on the roof was an added bonus with a view of the Acropolis which was a delight. There are so many shops, cafes and restaurants on the doorstep that we were spoilt for choice. It was fun to explore an area that wasn't packed with tourists.”

“Fasial was very easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating. The properties were very nice and easy to access. However, the area around was a litttle sketch. There isn’t proper lighting in the streets. Also takes about 3-5 minutes to walk to the train and another 15-18 minutes on the train to get to the tourist area. For me the price and property were worth this, but if you have early early mornings or late late nights it’s something to consider.”

“The apartment was perfect for our 10-day stay in Athens. The patio was nice to have as it is private from the outside areas. Some of it could be viewed from the above apartment decks, but we had no issues. Since my wife is a vegetarian, we loaded up on food from the Saturday food market two streets down. Fresh vegetables and food everywhere. With the full refrigerator/freezer, stove, kitchen sink and all utensils, pots and dishes, we were able to make all the meals we wanted. All public……

“Tolle Unterkunft, ich war sehr überrascht über die vielen kleinen Überraschungen des Unterkunftgebers. Bei eventuellen Fragen wird rasch geantwortet. Sehr saubere und geschmacksvoll eingerichtete Suite. Auch der Leitfaden für den Checkin ist sehr gut verfasst, da kann einfach nichts schief gehen. Ich werde K23 Suites auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. ”
