“Check in is all on internet, a bit complicated for first time user”

“Excellent room condition. Excellent location. I stay there for 7 nights. Very cozy’s and convenient. However, I barely got the response for my request for housekeeping. The mail of customer service isn’t to serve customers, but for the administration announcing room inspection or filter changing. I wrote several messages and got no response at all.”

“Excellent place, there is no noise and it is close to everything... I arrived at the place in the early morning and never saw anything out of the ordinary in the area so it is a quiet area.”

“So imagine you’re running the Boston Marathon. You pick up your number at the convention center and head to your accommodation. When you get there, you find that your host, one of these property management companies called Evonify Stays, has never heard of you. Since you made the booking on Hotels.com, Evonify refers you back to them. Now, try getting anything other than an AI bot to communicate with you at Hotel.com. Apparently impossible in this instance at least. My one shout out in this……
