“The Japanese restaurant service needs improvement. We were told on Sunday the buffet price was 278/ person, the next day would be 248/person. We came in the next day, Monday, we were refused service because it’s 8:40pm by 2 young girls. Then another woman told us we could eat there but we can only order once and the price is 278/person except lady customer. Internet is very slow and needs to be reconnected every day (sign in). You also need a China mobile number to sign in to the internet.……

“Check-in staff was unexperienced and couldn't find my reservation for quite some time. Had to seek help from other staff. So spent quite long at check-in. Otherwise in general the hotel is fine.”

“雖然距離車站有10分鐘步程,但沿途經過很多食店,又有不少居民,所以都算旺中帶靜。而一入酒店門囗就充滿日式感，職員十分有禮。酒店房內環境十分整潔，—入門囗,電動窗簾就自動打開，夜景盡在眼簾。早餐西式和中式也有，即滾麵湯底十分美味。總招這間酒店值得試。”
