“Excellent basic, a little older, no frills accommodation. Very friendly stay...and they go out of their way to be over the top helpful on any issue. In terms of service despite the fact I don't speak Spanish...they could teach fine hotels what service means. Breakfast to room $8! Again, not fancy but lower price is a great tradeoff. A side street in Escazu but short Uber ride to Multi Plaza and restaurants in neighborhood. A terrific value considering all. If your wife wants fancy and a resort……

“Bare bones, but the room was clean and the bed comfortable. There was bottled water in the room and a hot shower (which in Costa Rica is not always a given). I was pleased, too, that they did come pick me up at the airport even though my plane arrived after stated shuttle hours. ”

“We loved this little spot! It was a great place to land after our flight. Very close to downtown Alajuela, which meant that we could walk out our door in the morning and find a nice cafe and good food at the Central Market. Our only challenge was that the traffic was quite loud overnight; my partner had a hard time sleeping, even with the provided earplugs. I recommend this location for sure for heavy sleepers.”

“I made a reservation, and when the date came by, I contact them via text to receive check-in instructions, and they told me they did not had rooms for me. I ask for a refund, and they ghosted me. I highly suggest looking for other places”

“The house is perfect for a family, everyone has their own bedroom and bathroom. It was amazing to get up in the morning, have a coffee and sit outside. The view is vast and you can see far and wide. My one wish was ro see a toucan which we did a few days before we left. It was in a tree in the back yard and waited for us to get the perfect picture before he flew away. We also saw geckos which make some really weird noises but they kept all the bugs out of the house. The property is quite far……
