“Great motel and great stay for a trip. Only complaint is that the air conditioner was older which wouldn’t be an issue but the heater that was in the bathroom wouldn’t turn off all the way making it to where the ac and heat would be fighting with each other and the temp wouldn’t be stable. Shut the bathroom door though and it fixed it. Will be staying again!”

“这次是来密西沙加的bell公司出差，在国内的时候查谷歌地图找到这家离bell最近，hotels上有活动所以来这定了。免费WiFi网速非常一般，下东西估计够呛，免费早餐很不错，每周一到周三晚上有甜点，冰淇淋意大利面还不错，交通不是很便利，来回机场有车接送，但是自己平时去市中心的Eaton或者yorkdale要转至少两趟公交，而且多伦多公交比国内还贵，而且多伦多冬天很冷，有驾照周末出去转最好租辆车，不然等公交能冻死。 酒店没有拖鞋，这点有些不爽，也没牙具，很后悔没带自己的电动牙刷”

“Room service was poorly handled—no tray was provided, and when I called to request one and arrange a pickup, neither was done, so the plates were left overnight. I also had trouble getting staff to collect them the next morning. The Terrace Suite had no screen door, which led to a lot of mosquitoes getting in during my stay. Overall, a beautiful property, but communication and attention to detail need improvement.”
