"On Sep 12th, at around 11:30 AM, In the outdoor swimming pool, my son saw a snake in the pool, very scary for my son, also no any staff working around swimming pool. Very scary memories for my son, he said he couldn't want to swimming again."

"We got there early but they were not able to accommodate us checking in, they did offer us the use of their facilities though This resort seems like it is in the middle of an upgrade, nice owners and would return in the future"

"Great property, clean, near an ok maintained beach. Personally, i wouldn’t come back here again; WAY too expensive. We stayed 4 nights, for what I would have done in the Caribbean -with all inclusive. Touchstone don’t even have breakfast included. It’s even more expensive than an all inclusive when ..."
