“We stayed at the Windemere House while on a vacation to visit family. Lots to do for young and old or simply relax on an adirondack chair on the front lawn and enjoy the view of the beautiful lake. The hotel has canoe or kayak for you to enjoy exploring the lake. Small beach area and lake swim area with picnic tables for a great picnic. Pool, hot tub and sauna were great fun. “I will get over some of the thing's where this place can make an improvement such as housekeeping. The fridge was really dirty. I did call the front desk about it. One of the curtains was ripped. The iron was leaking water, and the exhaust fan in the washroom was making too noise, but front desk was notified about everything because the overall experience at this place was great.
