“Staff friendly and rooms very clean. Have stayed in Praia da Rocha several times before but never at Flor da Rocha. Only disadvantages, staying in late March the balcony always seemed to be in the shade. At no point, even on the sunny warmer days was it ever a sun trap. Think this is due to the other buildings close by and the shape of the building itself. Other disadvantage, which isn't the apartments fault are some of the other guests. Sound proofing between apartments isn't great……

“Property was beautifully groomed and clean with lush gardens.Many pools although outdoor were not heated and very cold but kids were enjoying, especially the water slides. Rooms were spacious and kitchen was well stocked. Views of the beach were amazing. Several restaurants and bars. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Also has a tennis court and soccer field. Really nice place, family oriented.”

“This is such a lovely place to stay in Albufeira and I would definitely stay here again! The apartment is lovely and clean, with a very nice balcony and view, and very good internet connection. There is 24/7 reception in case you need help with anything. The location is great, about 10 minutes walk to the old town centre and the beach. I will say that you have to take stairs to get there, so that might be difficult for people with mobility issues, which is not the fault of the property. ”

Hotel facilities: The hotel has really nice pools, my kids love the kids pools very much but the water was way too cold ( We were there at end of June). “Everything is perfect. The reception welcome us and show the hotel amenities around and the the gentleman is so nice while I was checking out The breakfast time is a bit crowds because of the Oceanside tables but we sit there two days (staff there will try to arrange those tables for you) and the food is nice with many choices. Just one note when I leave a message through th QR code so they can deliver extra needs to the room, they did in the first time and miss the second message. 4.5 stars……
