“ Staff very friendly, arrived early but was check in directly. However they need thy adjust the check out at 11am or 12 am. 10 am not good Hotel clean, very beautifully apartment , Swiming pool good but there was no bar pool at my place , however you can easily enjoy drinks in the siter hotel Lovely different fruits for breakfast Lunch and diner okay for the all inclusive . But lots of restaurant around the hotel Overall will recommend the hotel and will return one day.”

“Loction: nothing really around the hotel, so you really need a car if you stay in this hotel. Hotel facilities: The hotel has really nice pools, my kids love the kids pools very much but the water was way too cold ( We were there at end of June). Service: We need to pay 1 euro for each beach towel we borrow from the hotel, also need to pay 10 euros for the security safe in our room. For how nice the Portuguese are, the hotel receptions are really not that nice and friendly. There was only one……

“Overall the stay was great! The rooms were clean, included a closet, TV, and kitchenette. The bathroom was clean. Small counter space. If you get a double bed expect it to be two singles. The overall property was very beautiful. Many pools. A lot of the services were not working, no boat bar or hot tub. You’re not allowed to put water in the sauna. Communicating with some staff was difficult, they didn’t understand when we asked for a water refil station. We didn’t find out where the……

“Nice hotel with friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Could use some upgrades and some things not in service, including tennis courts and tv smart connection. Overall the property could use some upgrades including the gym and the bathrooms. Views of ocean were excellent. ”

“Lovely stay Rooms big and clean (not 100% sure about the open shower when we first got there but it was ok) Roof terrace was lovely and relaxing It is noisy at night till circa 3am due to its location above the old town strip but the hotel provides ear plugs and you’ll need them. Overall a wonderful stay ”

“Property was beautifully groomed and clean with lush gardens.Many pools although outdoor were not heated and very cold but kids were enjoying, especially the water slides. Rooms were spacious and kitchen was well stocked. Views of the beach were amazing. Several restaurants and bars. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Also has a tennis court and soccer field. Really nice place, family oriented.”
