The location was very easy to walk to from the train station **** if you are walking, MAKE SURE to take the narrow stairs up and over the railroad tracks *** Once you're there, you will be overwhelmed with the beauty and splendor of the rooms as well as the overlooking views of the harbor. The staff was extremely nice and helpful... I will definitely be back!!”

“Hotel Approdo was probably the cleanest place we stayed in our entire Italy trip. The staff are very courteous and prompt with all requests. We stayed for 2 nights. The room had a great balcony with an incredible view. We walked from the hotel to Portofino which took a couple hours at a fairly leisurely pace. We also walked to the hotel from the train station which was only about a 10-15 minute walk. It was quiet and lovely. Highly recommend. ”

Our suite with balcony and sea views was spacious and beautifully decorated with 2 bathrooms and a separate sitting room. The staff were excellent and breakfast on the terrace was stunning. For 4 days in May 2025 it felt like a fairytale in a palace. ”
