“This is an outstanding property, I'm glad to say it exceeded my expectations. Paquera CR isn't the tourist mecca, IE an all inclusive. If you want to enjoy CR with a local feel and experience this is a place for you. The owners were responsive to questions and w/recommendations sheet to go. “Our stay was good. Communication with the punta leona staff was difficult and borderline rude. Once we found the restaurant and stores at the round about it was great. The home is clean and new. Olga was great. Super responsive. ”

The walk to town is 25 minutes and the hill is tough to walk if you are not in good shape. “Property is as described. It's dated but well cared for. The caretaker is great. PLEASE note. Last few kilometers of road are not paved...we had 4x4's was fine. Closest supermarket is a 40 minute - hour drive. Beach isn't the best for swimming but totally remote and private. We loved this place. ”

“Property exceeded expectations. The property managers were fantastic. They were available to help and quick to respond to each concern. They also helped us plan activities to make our stay even better. The location had a wonderful view and access to several pools. It was inside Los Sueños resort which felt very comfortable but also a sort drive or walk to great local places to eat and shop. We had a daily drive to a local panadería for amazing baked goods for cheap. We highly recommend this……

“This was an amazing week. The location is unique and the beach is more than prefect. We were there in march and during the week it was really quiet. The supermarket on site (7 minutes by car) is more than enough and the icecream shop next to it was appreciated by the boys !!! The road to the beach is a 5 minuteswalk but it is steep if you have problems walking for us it was perfect. ”
