“Waking up to the sound of the ocean and being able to walk right onto the beach from the yard is wonderful. The staff at Zuma Tours are very nice and helpful. The house is within walking distance to restaurants, groceries, bars, shopping....pretty much whatever you may want/need. Being so close to everything, you can sometimes hear the goings on in town but it didn't bother us. We really enjoyed our stay at Ivan's House. Montezuma is a laid back beach town that is an excellent place to get away.……

“If “too good to be true” were a place, it would be Casa Tucan. This home is everything the pictures show and so much more. Honestly, photos—or even my words—will never do it justice. You simply have to experience it for yourself.From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed and cared for. We felt absolutely safe the entire time on our girls’ trip. Edgar was incredibly attentive, communicative, and made sure every detail was coordinated seamlessly. Jose, the chef, prepared the most amazing meals……

“Beautiful view, very clean, and we were delighted to have all the monkeys to greet us upon our arrival out front thanks to Carlos tray of sliced bananas! Suggest new comfortable tv room furniture to comfortably seat large group instead of pieces of patio furniture. ”
