“We all loved the place. So much to do and see. The driveway was scary hoing up and down on a motorcycle. But overall i would stay again just not on my bike .”

“This home was ideal for our Colorado vacation. We appreciated the cleanliness and spaciousness of the bedrooms. We cooked in the stocked kitchen often and easily. In addition, we loved being in a cozy, mountain neighborhood which had a quick drive to downtown Durango, the grocery store, and the river. It is also less than 30 minutes from Mesa Verde and Purgatory Ski Resort. Geoff, the host, was accommodating and easy to reach when I had questions prior to or during the trip. I would recommend……

“This was the perfect place for the 2 of us and our dog! The kitchen has everything you need and the rain shower is a nice touch. It's a short walk from downtown. I recommend Elevated Liquors, Agave Azul Taqueria, and WildEdge Coffee/Brewing. Would stay again!”

“We occupied both Curry Barn and the extension. Our group of seven was comfortable with private or semi-private sleeping areas, enough bathrooms, excellent common areas, and a fantastic setting. Lots of parking, too. Recommend the barn for groups of 5, and barn plus extension for 7 people. Hope to return.”

“Very comfortable country setting with no visible neighbors and beautiful views from tree shaded patio. Perfect for day trips to Mesa Verde, Telluride and Durango. But we also enjoyed a lot more locally than we expected including Sand River hiking area with cliff dwellings, Sutcliffe vineyards and others. Best of all, great yard for the dog!! ”

“Travelled to SW Colorado for the Four Corners Motorcycle Rally with a Group of 5 adults. Fantastic spot for a nice quiet getaway, with all the amenities one could wish for. Amazing use of space within the yurt with a surprising amount of social space and plenty of room in sleeping quarters. Kitchen was fully equipped and we put the Blackstone on the patio to use, as well. Fantastic views towards Mesa Verde with spectacular sunsets. “Our group was atypical: five guys pushing 80 who have meet annually for decades for some sort of outdoor adventure. Our camping days over, we have recently resorted to Vrbo's. Despite our group being atypical, the home was perfect for our needs: spacious, beautiful, well-appointed with everything a visitor could want, lots of beds and bathrooms, and adorned with the art work of the owners. The kitchen is fabulous. The setting is spectacular, in close proximity to local hiking, Mesa Verde, and……

“We really enjoyed our stay in this little bungalow. It’s decorated perfectly for the area and the backyard is great for relaxing and grilling. My toddler enjoyed finding the kids toys and the kid sized chair on the patio. Esther was very communicative and we enjoyed her suggestions about what to do in town for our 2-day stay.”
