“Nice 1 bedroom apartment with a wood stove. The wood stove really warmed up the space nicely with little effort. Owner left a pizza and some eggs in the fridge. Nice if you get in late and don’t have time for grocery shopping. ”

“Beautiful property only minutes from downtown Mancos. This was a perfect place for our family trip ( 3 adults). We really enjoyed the ability to bring our two dogs along. The house was warm and comfortable. The hosts were excellent. The only drawback is the noise from the highway… but this was still so quiet compared the the city. ”

“My husband and I stayed in beautiful Delores for seven nights. We enjoyed exploring Mesa Verde and the Canyons of the Ancients. Robby and Steve's home was the perfect base to return to after a long day of exploring. The home was spotless, the bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was spacious. We especially enjoyed the little breakfast nook. Robby and Steve are fantastic hosts with excellent communication skills. We will return next time we are in the area.”

And the furniture was not only beautiful but also very comfortable. Many different sitting areas outside and gorgeous antique touches mixed with contemporary furniture as well.I would absolutely recommend this place and would also love to visit again. “I wanted to visit Mesa Verde again after 29 years. The Oliver House was perfect for our family. It was 35 minutes from the park gate, had a fenced in back yard for our two dogs, and a patio made for grilling and enjoying an uninterrupted view of the mountains. We arrived later than expected due to stopped traffic on the highway. We found chocolate on the kitchen table to help lift the mood and cold water in the fridge. I forgot lotion…no problem! A small bottle of body lotion was provided in……

“We were absolutely overjoyed to discover this beautiful gem for our stay in the Mancos area. The location is idyllic - open plain surrounded by beautiful sunrises and dramatic, photo worthy sunsets. The home is beautifully renovated, the beds and pillows are comfortable, everything is clean and in working order (and the wifi works!). The best Air B&B we have ever stayed in. Definitely returning to this charming and affordable gem.”
