“Picked this rental for a large group and the whole group had to help clean the complete outside of the property in order to have a small wedding ceremony. Everything outside on the covered porches were covered in dirt,cobwebs and dust and bird crap. .Some windows were inoperable unles you held the mechanism in place to crank the window.The fact that the owners dont make sure the property is freshly cleaned and the grass mowed sent red flags instantly. “After a family wedding off site we had a family reunion at the RR Ranch. A very quiet isolated location. This helped us catch up with family members - there were little distractions except for sightings of wildlife. Top notch amenities, well equipped kitchen, plus three large gathering areas.
