There are amazing ocean views provided by many windows and balconies and the decor is fabulous. Tom was a great host and we are looking forward to coming back. You instantly feel relaxed in this incredible house. The beds were also comfortable, which is important. It was definitely one of the best vacations we have ever had and the kids agree. “This adorable place has the 4 C’s-it’s cute, cozy, comfortable and clean!! We’ve been vacationing in Bethany Beach for over 10 years and this is by far the best place we have stayed. Our good friends told us about this place as they have stayed here for the past 5 summers and luckily there was an opening at the end of August! House has everything you need and many extras. So nice not to have to bring beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, beach towels, a pack & play, board games, paper……

“This townhouse was really excellent. Was as clean as any rental we've stayed in!The furnishings and decor were really tastefully done. No cheesy beach themed junk. Someone with a good eye took time to assure a tranquil and upscale feel.Walter was responsive and very kind with our trouble using the entry pad and there was no delay or hassle getting into the property.Was going to rate the check-in process a 4 - based on Vrbo. But decided to go with a 5 because the owner was so great once we……

“I had to give 4 stars on cleanliness only because the cleaning crew did not do a good job preparing the place for new guests, beds were not made and blankets and pillows were piled in the closet clearly used and not folded or ready, floors were not cleaned and counters had some food stuck to them as well. We communicated with the host and she immediately gave us access to some cleaning supplies and was very responsive through the whole start of our trip. After that it was all good. The……
