While the front desk team was polite, they lacked the signature warmth and enthusiasm we’ve come to expect when arriving at a Four Seasons. That extra spark just wasn’t there. “Great stay. No parking at the hotel but a lot down the street with great rates. Very convenient to the Met and great restaurants. Very clean and a great bed. ”

“I received the call from Fiorello Maria after check-out. The call should be short but apparently she could not got what I say fast and made the call long and ineffective （-5 star!!）. The other staffs are nice and helpful.”
