“This Property is in an excellent, quiet, safe neighborhood less than a block from the 'Annapolis' water...meaning lots of boating goin on. Each window has at least a partial view of the water. The entire building is well maintained. The location is easy to find and is only a short walk from downtown via a bridge you will absolutely want to walk! The Condo is on a middle floor of the building but there was never any noise from the unit above or below. The persons I met were gracious and relaxed……

“I recently stayed at the USNA Getaway in Annapolis, MD, and it was fantastic! The location is perfect, right near the Naval Academy and downtown Annapolis. The property is immaculate and beautifully furnished, with a cozy living area, fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely outdoor patio. The bedroom was spacious and super comfortable. “This was our 5th trip to North Beach and our 4th time at a condo in Southwinds, and we have never been disappointed. Jenn and Mike, our hosts this time, provided all the information we needed to feel comfortable in their home. We found it exactly as pictured. NB has 5 good restaurants within walking distance and at least 2 more within a 5 minute drive. The boardwalk is great for walking at anytime of day. The new library is a jewel with special sections for all ages and a “makers” room. Teens……

“Our family enjoyed this property. It is located in a small condo building with parking. The property is exactly as advertised, clean and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space and being on the water. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked, and the condo was definitely comfortable with four. It is quick walk to downtown Annapolis across the bridge and we walked back and forth several times during the weekend. The owner is communicative and responsive. Definitely recommend!”

“Excellent location for all things USNA and downtown Annapolis. We walked everywhere. The second bedroom was a little warm but it was unseasonably hot while we were there. There is a K cup coffeemaker but you’ll need to bring everything to enjoy a cup. Would definitely stay again!”

“We stayed at the host property for a long weekend in town for a family baby shower nearby. We were totally impressed with the cleanliness of the location, spacious accommodations and responsiveness of the host. There is a weekend farmers market and we wound up getting fresh produce to cook and some great food and desserts to eat. Parking was a breeze and the nearby park was wonderful for our daily walks. Highly recommended! 10 out of 10!!”
