“We have stayed at Boxwood Lodge several times over the past two years. Love the location, walkable to town. Rooms are very nice. Nothing extravagant, just clean and comfortable. Bathrooms could use an upgrade. But are totally fine for a night or two. Staff is very friendly ”

“The Blowing Rock Motel was very cute and in a good location. We enjoyed being able to walk to nearby businesses. We also enjoyed the gas fire pit that was available. ”

“Rhode’s Motor Lodge was very clean. The grounds were very well kept. The room was setup very nicely, I loved having a balcony. Everyone who worked there was very kind. We will definitely be returning!”

“I went away with an "It was OK" experience. Hotel, though nice, was very dated. The restaurant was ok but very loud. The staff were vwry pleasant and helpful. For the price would I.do.it again? Probably not. To be fair they had a number.of activities associated with the hotel we didnt use becauae of our short stay. Perhaps a longer stay and utilizing some of the things they offer would justify the cost.”

“We enjoyed the Hampton Inn for graduation. Our room was clean and breakfast on the premises was convenient. We did experience some noise from the other rooms, but the other positives outweighed the short time in the morning we can hear people in their bathroom talking. ”

“We stayed at the Victorian Inn for a quick anniversary getaway. It was cozy and quaint! The landscaping and the garden was lovely. Room was comfortable, had big bathroom, and great mattress. We loved that we could walk everywhere in Blowing Rock and only be a few minutes from our favorite running and hiking trails. Great location! The staff was excellent about communicating before the stay and very friendly when we saw them on the property.”

“Fantastic trip! Stayed 2 nights and wished we could stay longer! The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The property was wooded and so quiet. We didn't expect to wake up to snow and feel like temp of 7 degrees, but the cabin was warm, cozy, and dry. Will definitely recommend to others and will be back! Thanks for the memories Bear Cabin!”
