“This hotel was amazing! The staff were very nice and accommodating when we needed to check-in early and when we had issues with our hotel cards. The pool in the spa was really nice as well. It is a farther walk from the town center and the bed was really firm. Overall it was a great spot for our trip to Killarney! ”

“Close to city center and have a very nice church opposite to it. The breakfast is awesome and the room is neat and tidy. Though it is a little bit dark. If you are expecting a hot shower , sorry it may disappointed you. The water pressure may not be satisfying you. ”

“Staff were amazing. The only issue I had was carrying our luggage down and then upstairs to get to our particular room. Not horrible, just cumbersome. Overall it was a nice stay.”

“Great stay, friendly front desk and beautiful architecture/decor. Nice pub attached and lots of parking. Easy 10 minute walk to many restaurants and pubs.”

“Staff were amazing and the morning breakfast was delicious. The heated loungers in the spa were a bonus after a long day of driving. We would definitely stay again.”

“We loved our stay here! The staff were all very friendly, the massage therapist was wonderful, and the food at the pub was really good!! Our room was clean and spacious and had a beautiful view. Our only complaint was the cows nearby were really loud throughout the night but it was too warm in the room to not have the window open. Could have benefitted from having a standing fan in the room to help with temp or cover the cow sounds ”

“Easy access to town”

“Very pleased with the room, comfy bed, good walk in shower, and lovely balcony with mountain views. As we had had a long day we decided to eat in the hotel in the bar. Service very slow to start, menu was very poor choice. Had to resort to a soup and chowder but both were good. Dessert choice very poor. Breakfast very good although a little too chaotic for my liking. Overall a good stay and will return but would eat elsewhere”

“Location was good, beds were comfortable but the apartment was just in need of some tlc. Sofa was broken and a chest of drawers was falling apart. Would have been good if there were instructions for the washer/dryer. None of the three shaver points/lights worked either. Mentioned this in communication but nothing was done. Overall it was ok but we only stayed 2 nights. ”
