“Wonderful breakfast. Had Aoife for my massage at the spa and was wonderful . Some redecoration work happening on ground floor which did not impact our stay. Breakfast was 7-10, we kindly got a reminder call at 0930 that breakfast finishes at 10 - without it we would have missed breakfast. Nice efficient Brasserie - clearly popular with locals , so am glad we booked a table. Reception very helpful . One of our party decided to stay extra night , and negotiated a good rate. Grounds lovely……

“We had a brilliant family 2 night stay in the Ballyroe Heights Hotel. The staff were so friendly and attentive during our stay in February 2025 and the rooms were absolutely perfect for our family (2 adults and 2 children aged 4 and 6). The hotel itself is 10 minutes drive outside Tralee, which was perfect for our family and the food was of a good standard.”

“This property was perfect! We were a group of 5, so we utilized the apart hotel. It was spacious and clean, allowed us to have communal space and private sleeping. Dining at the restaurant was fantastic. Jason was our server and he was amazing. Food was great, only a short 10 min walk to the Muckross Abbey and a breath taking lake. Hotel views bolstered mountains in the morning. Wonderful staff, we did not have time to utilize the spa but it looked beautiful. ”

“The Victoria was a lovely experience overall. The renovation and kitschy style of this hotel was really nicely done, but the thing that shines the brightest is the friendliness of the staff. Maura at the front desk was absolutely one of the loveliest people I encountered in all of Ireland. Natalia in the restaurant was also lovely and always greeted us with the most genuine smile. “We chose this hotel because it´s close to National Park and bike rental. We had great experience. Room and bathroom were really big, clean and nice looking, comfortable bed. The hotel is huge with lot of amenities. Breakfast was great and hotel staff is was very nice. 100% would stay again.”
