“We are requesting a refund for the reservation we made at Glenduff Manor house because the actual accommodations were not at all like what was described and shown in photos on Travelocity. “Wonderful breakfast. Had Aoife for my massage at the spa and was wonderful . Some redecoration work happening on ground floor which did not impact our stay. Breakfast was 7-10, we kindly got a reminder call at 0930 that breakfast finishes at 10 - without it we would have missed breakfast. Nice efficient Brasserie - clearly popular with locals , so am glad we booked a table. Reception very helpful . One of our party decided to stay extra night , and negotiated a good rate. Lisa gave us good recommendation for where to go, eat and hike (Perfect).The house was on a farm and the horse, dogs and cow was so friendly. We are able to come right up to them and pet them (Perfect). The house was clean and well stocked. Everything we needed was there. (Perfect). It was our last houses before heading back to the States.
