“We booked for a hen party to explore Liverpool and the house was lovely. A great location and a lovely stay. The house was well equipped for 12 people a little worn and could do with little updates but overall a brill place to stay. Allowed an early check in to set up and this was no issue at all. No faults and well recommend.”

“Excellent location for accessing the Seafront, parks and town centre. Parking is tight for 3 cars so be careful. Few minor niggles that if fixed would make the stay perfect. The showers are very hot or very cold, small leak from one shower so that was unusable, and a constant dripping tap in the kitchen. We made good use of the dishwasher and washing machine which was very nice. There was also plenty of space for the eleven of us in the lounge which was lovely. Overall we had a lovely week in……
