“When I saw this listing on VRBO, I noticed all ratings were 10's. I will also give a 10 for our stay! We were in town for our nephew's graduation from Furman University. The property is 2-3 miles from downtown TR, yet private on 12 acres of land with an abutting land preserve. We saw both wild turkey and deer during our visitThe property itself is very well cared for clean and comfortable. It rained almost the whole time we were there, but we didn't care because we loved sitting on front……

“The good: The house was very comfortable and nicely decorated. It is in an older neighborhood but the setting has great large trees in the yard and woods right across the street from the DECK. You can watch squirrels play and listen to many different bird songs from the DECK. The not so good: The host refused to acknowledge there was a deck, thus no need for chairs on the deck and stated for, for whatever reason, that a deck is not listed on Amenities and, thus, "there is no outdoor dining……
