“The full kitchen with the washer and dryer were great. The balcony looked towards the gulf. Just a 5 minute walk to Johns Pass. Easy access to the beach. The room needed minor repairs, the balcony door handle was loose and eventually broke off. The staff didnt bother to fix until it was broken. Only 1 elevator was functional for our entire stay. For the price, i was very pleased.”

“This is a tough one to review. I want to say first the Island Inn Beach Resort itself deserves a high rating. Perfect location, great beach, nice pool, tiki bar, grills to use, volleyball, etc. I would stay here again. But NOT in Room 316. All rooms are individually owned. I was there with friends and their rooms were very nice. Room 316 was dirty, rundown, outdated, and in need of updates. (The view was beautiful). Everything else here besides that particular room is wonderful. ”

“Check in was ridiculous. Pull up to find then that I have to get back in the car and drive to a different resort across gulf blvd to check in. While waiting in my car for my husband to check in the guard knocks on my window to question me. Cara everywhere. Property was great except for the bathroom in the front. Toilet was gross. But otherwise great. Lots for my money! Beautiful balcony and lovely pool”
