“Great Condo right on the beach. Clean and the property managers were great. If you read reviews of Sunset Vista on Google you'll get a mixed bag. Some condos are kept up better depending on the owner. This is one is a winner! Nice and clean and awesome location. The building itself is still recovering from the hurricane but the pool and hot tub and still kicking and the beach walk is short. Publix is right down the road as is Jons Pass. Can't wait to go back. ”

“This unit is exactly as described. Clean, quiet, comfy bed and stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. The building is still under construction from the storms so the pool area was roped off and a bit cramped but that will ease up once it’s done. The only very very minor negative about the unit is the lack of beach equipment (which the owner is very upfront about in the listing) . If you’re going to do long beach days, either bring your own or plan on renting. Overall, a super nice stay and you……

“The full kitchen with the washer and dryer were great. The balcony looked towards the gulf. Just a 5 minute walk to Johns Pass. Easy access to the beach. The room needed minor repairs, the balcony door handle was loose and eventually broke off. The staff didnt bother to fix until it was broken. Only 1 elevator was functional for our entire stay. For the price, i was very pleased.”
