“The hotel is in a great location. I loved being so close to the water. It was also very quiet. Due to adding a night to my reservation (and doing that through Expedia) it caused a lot of problems with the staff. Although I did my best to call before I checked in to let the Cove staff know I added a night to my original reservation, it still caused issues. I found this very annoying and the male staff member at the desk was rather rude. ”

“We completely enjoyed our stay. The front patio looking at the lake was a great place for our group of 8 to relax and chat. The location is fantastic! We parked our cars at Bella Vista and walked everywhere we wanted to go. I could only suggest that a full length mirror might be installed in the suites since there was only one mirror in the room (above the sink in the bathroom).”

“Clean and neat motel, safe and quiet place close to lake Geneva, reasonable price, you got all appliances in the room including a mini fridge, iron, coffee machine and hair dryer. The only little downside is that the bathroom ventilation fan is a bit noisy. ”

“Very historical place, there are remodeling and doing a great job, very clean, everything you need right on the property. The manager Eric, is very nice and accommodating. The restaurant on site has very good food and the service is excellent to hidden gem”
