“The house was great. It was right on the river with nice views from many of the rooms. The interior was wonderful, had beautiful vintage furniture, and in good shape. The kitchen felt spacious and had all the expected appliances. There was plenty of room for our group of nine. There were two things that we thought differed from the description that did not affect our trip much, but we are listing them here to share. One, the BBQ is not propane, it is charcoal. “A wonderful property for so many reasons! Great location for day trips either inland or coastal. Stocked kitchen including many spices. This is a very comfortable home. From the beds and sofas, to the back deck with table and chairs for dining or card games. Our host, Kate, is wonderful and readily available if needed. We highly recommend a stay at this home.”

“This property is located just a short drive from downtown Eugene, but is located in a beautiful quiet spot. The outside is Impeccably maintained and the duck with hot tub is the perfect place to destress. Inside the home has everything you need to enjoy a visit and lots of space for everyone to spread out.
