O apartamento está novo, bem decorado e limpo, a cama e o banheiro são ótimos, as janelas e o isolamento acústico excelentes. O terraço tem vista para a Catedral. Comunicação com o staff foi fácil e muito boa, Laura nos ajudou com um local para as malas pois chegamos mais cedo na cidade. Ainda tivemos um atraso no check out, mas o staff novamente nos ajudou!……

“It’s location is in the Santa Cruz old town. It’s walkable distance to all attractions including the palace, bull fighting stadium, Spanish plaza etc. The hotel arranged transportation for our midnight departure. The room is really spacious with free mini bar refills and apples. These treats are really rare these days! ”

“The hotel is beautiful on the inside, old and charming. Perfect location. Cristina communicated with us before our arrival and was kind and courteous. They accommodated us with a flashlight in preparation to the power outage. The suite was specious- it was basically a whole apartment. It was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. ”

I relied on a number of their recommendations for restaurants and activities and all were solid. They suggested a flamenco show, which I was not going to do on the visit, but I asked them to make a ticket reservation at a Flamenco Theater and it was a first rate experience. ”
