“We had a ants nest in the lodge, no irons we had someone out didn’t do anything then we complained again to which they offered us another lodge as my son has autism and would not sleep in the lodge with ants everywhere ”

“Très bon séjour. Arrivée tardive organisée avec courrier d'indications dans un coffre. Nombreuses places sur le parking. Le lieu est vraiment très joli, isolé, tranquille. Un petit coin de paradis. Suite très grande, moderne, jolie. Rideaux suffisamment occultants. Bonne insonorisation. Terrasse privative avec table, chaises et transats. Grande salle de bain avec baignoire (bémol pour l'absence de bouchon, à réclamer le lendemain à la réception) J'aurais apprécié avoir plus chaud, la clim……

“Every visit to Disneyland and Disney world thru my life has been magical until this one. We rented a 3 room apartment. We called ahead of time asking if we could drop our luggage off early morning and head straight to park. No problem we were told. We arrived by car service to hotel and hotel wouldn't let car service or us into park because reception wasn't open until 11. Security yelled at us for 45 minutes and finally they allowed us into drop luggage in a security office. We take shuttle……

"Actually this is not a hotel, just providing a bed room only. The air conditioning is not cool enough, maybe that’s only a Fan. The room only provides very basic equipment such as towels, hair dryer, and bed ONLY. Also even I set the room do not disturb, the staff still get into the room without noticing me."
