Pas facile pour une personne d’un certain âge d’autre part le ménage laisse vraiment à désirer, il y a de la poussière partout des traces de pieds sur les murs dans la salle de bain, je peux pas dire que tout soit propre, des touffes de poussière au niveau des lampes de chevet autour des robinets de salle de bain……

“1. 剛住入房間和我們在網絡上訂的不一樣，很小，床很髒有頭髮及小灰塵。告訴櫃台，派來清潔工，只是把頭髮拿走用手拍拍而已。跟櫃檯要求換房間，因為和訂網上房間差很多，原本不肯，後來確認他們給錯房間了，換房間了，可是櫃檯的態度卻不太好。 晚上回房間，發現垃圾沒丟，地毯沒吸很髒，只清潔浴室及床。 2.復活節問櫃檯附近的大賣場有開嗎，回沒有，走到大賣場看，有開。要回機場時，問櫃檯如何到機場，竟然回覆，不知道！！！！！ 客房清潔很爛，櫃檯人員很差，而且覺得有種族歧視，對亞洲旅客不太友善，不推薦！”

“Overall I enjoyed my stay the highlight for myself and the kids was the pool, Check-in was swift and courteous, Room was basic, featuring only essential furnishings a bed, desk, and chair. Walls are bare, lack any decorative touches Bathrooms are clean. The arcade room for the children shouldn’t be chargeable for hotel guests. I also think that access to the spa should be included in the price for the overall stay, instead of having to pay extra to use it. The shuttle service is great. ”
