“房間美麗舒適，整個飯店看起來很新又華麗，員工親切。唯一缺點就是自助早餐選擇少，種類幾乎和我們前一晚住的Disney hotel Cheyenne一樣，而且座位安排不佳，我們被安排在空間很小的雙人座，左右兩邊的客人的桌子非常靠近，甚至讓我們不方便起身離開座位，當時整個餐廳有一半都是空位，實在不應該把我們擠在那種位置”

“Usual Holiday Inn Express standard, air-conditioned clean modern room with everything you need, spacious bathroom with shower. Our tween boys shared the sofa bed and did complain that it was a little sunken in the middle. Breakfast was plentiful, loved the fresh self-service pancakes! “1. 剛住入房間和我們在網絡上訂的不一樣，很小，床很髒有頭髮及小灰塵。告訴櫃台，派來清潔工，只是把頭髮拿走用手拍拍而已。跟櫃檯要求換房間，因為和訂網上房間差很多，原本不肯，後來確認他們給錯房間了，換房間了，可是櫃檯的態度卻不太好。晚上回房間，發現垃圾沒丟，地毯沒吸很髒，只清潔浴室及床。 2.復活節問櫃檯附近的大賣場有開嗎，回沒有，走到大賣場看，有開。要回機場時，問櫃檯如何到機場，竟然回覆，不知道！！！！！客房清潔很爛，櫃檯人員很差，而且覺得有種族歧視，對亞洲旅客不太友善，不推薦！”
