“Pros: Very convenient location, close to everything. The room is decent sized. Nice harbor view from the room. Good breakfast selection although there could be a line during peak time as we were there during February. Local tour desk is located in the lobby for easy booking.
Cons: Customer service not the best - On the first night of our stay, there was a school party going on on the floor beneath us, and the music was so loud we can feel the vibration in the floor, it went on until 11:30PM.……

“Es war eine schöne Unterkunft, auch gut zu erreichen. Geparkt haben wir in dem Parkhaus nebenan. Unsere Unterkunft hatte eine schöne Aussicht, war geräumig und alles da was man braucht. Check-In ohne Probleme, die Codes hatte man per SMS und Email geschickt bekommen. Das einzig negative: Im Bad lief das Wasser nicht richtig ab. Im Schlafzimmer wurde in den Schränken und unter dem Bett selten geputzt. ”

“The room is a bit small than we expected, and no facilities (i.e. refrigerator/coffee table) inside the room, except the bed, individual toilet and cupboards. The breakfast and the host were nice and their dogs are very cute and friendly. We have also joined their tour to see the northern lights. It was a great experience but overall the trip is a bit rushed and spent much time to stay in the cabin for food. ”
