“Communication with owner eas great. We had 2 issues and he resolved them right away. Carportbwas a nice touch. Washer and dryer looked fairly new. Nice to have full size refrigerator. Very close to Bryce. I think the couch was a hide-a-bed and was hard to get up for teo old people! Enjoyed our stay. A lot around the area to enjoy.”

“I had a wonderful stay in the Walnut Room! Kimmi, the innkeeper, made me feel so welcome from the start and gave me fantastic suggestions for local hikes that made my trip even more special. The room itself was very comfortable, with thoughtful touches like coffee, tea, snacks, a microwave, and a coffee maker available. I especially enjoyed the lovely outdoor area, complete with tables and chairs surrounded by apple and pear trees—it was the perfect spot to relax. I highly recommend staying……

“We absolutely loved this place. Our host, Kimmi, was on site and had our unit sparkling for our arrival. It was perfect for the two of us and we were able to walk to dinner, grocery and gas. In the evening, we watched the deer (7!) walk through the back yard. It is a great location for visiting Bryce Canyon.Kimmi is a lovely woman who is a great ambassador to the property and is a great resource regarding the surrounding trails, hikes, things to do and places to get a good meal. “Quiet and peaceful place to stay while visiting Bryce Canyon. Welcome snacks with oats and coffee/tea bar. The bathroom is extra small but it did not take away from our experience here. Kimmi, the innkeeper, is welcoming and gave us helpful tips and recommendations for hiking and dining nearby. There’s a nice sitting area outside with a firepit. Also enjoyed the pears and apples from the trees on property. Drive to Bryce entrance is no more than 20 minutes. If your thinking of booking here don’t……

“We found this trough Amex Expedia offers and it was more than expected. The house was clean well kept with beautifully curated interior. The view of the mountains the river that runs through the property was dreamy. We couldn’t make it the first night due to snow storm and the manager was so thoughtful and helpful assisting us and making sure we enjoyed our stay. The property is well maintained and they pay close attention to detail including list of to do and to visit while you stay in the are……

“The location is a little odd - a collection of small cabins plopped down in the middle of a large open area not really near any other amenities. The cabins themselves are nice and well-maintained - up to date, functional, and clean. ”
